Two weeks of sailing among the hidden gems of the Peloponnese and the Saronic Gulf
Imagine waking up every day with the blue Aegean sea before your eyes, in a corner of Greece that feels made for disconnecting from it all. This adventure sets sail from Athens and takes us on an epic journey through crystal-clear waters, timeless villages, and stops with the perfect view for your next Instagram post.
We’ll anchor together in a bay almost every evening: the flotilla will be small, with a maximum of two boats, but the vibe will be top notch. With music, laughter, floating parties and aperitifs under the stars, the fun on board will never be lacking!
Right after boarding, we’ll leave the city behind and head straight south, following a route that takes us far from crowded beaches. The first real highlight is Elafonisos, our “wow” destination for the first days: white sand, Caribbean-style turquoise water, and two nights at anchor to experience the sea without filters—sunset aperitifs on deck and starry skies that will make your head spin.
From there, we slowly sail north to Monemvasia, the “Greek Mont Saint-Michel,” an incredible medieval village where you can lose yourself among narrow alleys, artists’ studios, and panoramic terraces. Here, it’s also worth exploring the remains of the Byzantine upper town: history and scenery blend into a unique atmosphere.
Next stop: Kiparissi, a “slow” village where time seems to stand still. Here we’ll enjoy a detox day with clear waters, beachfront tavernas serving freshly caught fish, and a slow rhythm that recharges you.
In the Argolic Gulf, the vibe gets even more chill. Stops in hidden bays like Vivari or Karathona, morning swims, yoga on deck, and then an easy dinner in Ermioni or a more lively evening in Porto Heli, where beach bars, live music, and international vibes guarantee just the right amount of fun.
Nearby, we can also make a stop at Epidaurus, one of Greece’s most spectacular archaeological sites: the ancient theater is perfectly preserved, and the acoustics are mind-blowing. A jump into history, just steps from the sea.
Spetses is the next highlight of the trip: an elegant island with a laid-back feel, perfect for cycling along the coast, shopping in boho boutiques, and a sunset cocktail at the harbor bars—make sure to try the Bikini Bar for the perfect mix of music and views.
After so much activity, we reach the wild magic of Dokos, an uninhabited island where time stands still. Here, we’ll sleep at anchor, cook together on board, and toast under the stars: zero filters, 100% freedom.
Then it’s on to Hydra, a true icon: no cars, only mule tracks, art everywhere, and sunsets that stay with you. Don’t miss the hike up to the old windmills for a breathtaking view, and maybe a dinner at Techne Restaurant to end the day on a high note.
The final days arrive, but you won’t want to leave: Aegina gives us a last taste of Greece, with the Temple of Aphaia (yes, a bit more culture, but with a spectacular view!) and the island’s famous pistachios. Enjoy a lunch with your feet in the water at Remvi Restaurant before the last sail.
Then we return to Athens, with a playlist full of memories, new friends, and plenty of photos you can’t wait to share.
