HOW MUCH AND WHEN TO PAY YOUR HOLIDAY:
• Booking more than 30 days from the date of departure: 50% upon confirmation / 50% 30 days after departure
• Booking less than 30 days from the date of departure: 100% upon confirmation
HOW TO PAY FOR YOUR HOLIDAY:
PAYMENT BY CALL CENTER OR IN OUR OFFICES
During booking confirmation, select payment in our offices, we'll contact you to help you choose the best payment solution according to your needs. You will pay an amount of 50% on the total, while for the remainder you will be contacted 30 days before the departure date to settle the practice.
ONLINE CREDIT CARD
During booking confirmation, select payment online with credit card. The system will open a secure connection with our VISA to proceed with the payment of 50% of the reservation to confirm your trip. Only 50% of the total will be paid, while for the remainder you will be able to pay comfortably within 30 days with your account and also with bank transfer.
Credit Card purchase on the Mondovela site is protected by the best security systems that encrypt your data. You will need to enter your credit card number, expiration date and security code. Credit Card purchase on the Mondovela site is protected by Verified by Visa and MasterCard SecureCode security systems.
BANK TRANSFER
Select payment by bank transfer, send 50% deposit directly while booking to block your trip and balance 30 days prior to departure. Once you have purchased the trip we will send you a summary email with all the information.
