The perfect holyday with children and teenagers is on a sailboat. Parents and children together to find harmony, joy and harmony. And if the children are having fun, parents also will. For this summer the proposal is “Flottiglia Greece for family” in Ionian Greece from the 3th to 17th of August (one or two weeks).
Finding a holiday for parents and children is not always easy, especially if you want to spend relaxing and fun days with the whole family. The sailboat has all the ingredients to escape boredom, stimulating the curiosity of children and teenagers, giving parents the pleasure of a little adventure. Sailing is pure sea: just choose a route or a family-sized cruise and the super holiday is served!
A sailing holiday is an exciting experience for parents and children. Everyday a short navigation to land each time to the most beautiful corners of the Mediterranean. So many baths, fun, and some notions of sailing, perhaps at the helm, like real captains. With Mondovela, it is possible to rent very comfortable boats or catamarans, led by experienced and available skippers and, if desired, with further assistance on board. Or, if you are self-employed, you can rent the boat. Everything is designed for a holiday in contact with the sea in complete safety. A small fully equipped sailing house, which takes you for a walk among the most beautiful coasts even just for a weekend (for example Liguria, Tuscany, the French Riviera) during May, in Sardinia, in the Egadi Islands, in Greece or Croatia, selecting the easiest and most suitable routes.
Teenagers often don't like sailing because they don't have friends on boat and don't have the chance to meet other people. The idea is therefore to organize a fleet of family crews to create the opportunity for us and our children to meet new people who share the same passion for the sea.
What we have planned is an ideal vacation for those with less experience, but also for veterans because, in the afternoon, in the selected navigation areas there is always a nice breeze that does not raise waves and allows beautiful sailing.
You can share the boat with other families, you can rent boats in bareboat or, for those who need it, with a skipper. The only condition is that the crews are composed of at least one parent with a child under 25 years of age. The boats will sail together and you'll meet the others in the evening to share the day's adventures, party and meet the other crews.
The itinerary is planned for two weeks, but it is possible to participate for just one week and it will be Lefkada, Meganisi, Itaca, Kefalonia, the island of Zante, and some smaller islands.

Spending a vacation with your children on a sailboat in the flotilla will allow you to take care of the freedom of sea with your family, strengthening those bonds that you often cannot cultivate in your daily life, exploring the sea with masks and fins and organizing cockpit games in the evening.
