“MONDOVELA SAFE VACATION”

Mondovela Yachting & Vacanze srl, in collaboration with Insurance Brokers Borghini and Cossa srl and UnipolSai Assicurazioni S.p.a has prepared for all passengers a complete insurance package that includes:

• POLICY “NAVALE SOS” Included in the registration fee FOR ALL PASSENGERS (all 1).
Included in the registration fee, the health care policy NAVALE S.O.S. provides healthcare to the traveler, reimbursement of travel expenses incurred and luggage damage. N.B. The insurance is not effective if the registration fee is not paid.

• CANCELLATION POLICY TRAVEL (“SKIPPER AND CHARTER”) FOR PASSENGERS WHO PURCHASE A RENTAL, A SINGLE BOAT OR A FLOAT BOAT (2).

The policy is mandatory, subject to a charge of 2.6% of the cost of the service or travel.

Provides the following guarantees:

A) Individual travel cancellation in extended form
C) Reimbursement of the travel quota not used in the event of a cruise down
D) Compensation for eventual delay in delivery of the boat as a result of failure or bad weather
G) Civil liability of the passenger

AWARD: The gross premium to be paid at the time of registration amounts to 2.6% of the cost of service or travel. The guarantees are those shown below in sections A, C, D, G.

• OPTIONAL CANCELLATION POLICY TRAVEL (“SKIPPER AND CHARTER”)FOR PASSENGERS WHO BUY A LOCATION (2).

The policy is optional, subject to a charge of 4.0% of the cost of renting or traveling

Provides the following guarantees:

AWARD: The gross prize payable at the time of registration amounts to 4.0% of the cost of renting or traveling. The guarantees are those shown below in Sections A, C, D, E, F, G.

• SKIPPER CANCELLATION INTEGRATIVE POLICY (Only for leases) (all. 2).

Policies can be supplemented by the optional "SKIPPER CANCELLATION"

B) In the event that the skipper is unable to participate in the cruise, reimbursement of the rent / trip quota for the whole crew if it is made up of a maximum of five persons, including the skipper or, alternatively, the compensation of the cost of skipper replacement.

AWARD: The gross premium to be paid at the time of registration amounts to 6.0% (4.0 + 2.0%) of the rental or travel cost and is inclusive of the base policy Skipper and Charter. The guarantees are those shown below in Sections A, B, C, D, E, F, G.

• GUARANTEE FUND

Based on Art.50 and 51 of the Tourism Code DLGS 79/11 effective from 18 August 2015, from 31 June 2016 it became mandatory for Travel Agencies and Tour Operators to constitute a "Private Guarantee Fund" for the sale of "Tourist packages".

This is an Economic Fund to Protect Travelers who have purchased a "Tourist Package" to allow, in the event of a breach or failure of the Seller or the Organizer:

The refund of the price paid for the travel package
The repatriation of the consumer in the case of trips abroad
And to provide immediate economic availability in the event of forced return of tourists from non-EU countries in emergencies, whether due to or improper behavior of the Organizer.
