Much more than a catamaran cruise, this trip organized in collaboration with SupTravel is a unique and exciting experience.
Each landing in the harbor is a fantastic opportunity to get on the SUPs available on board and paddle calmly to discover the most evocative corners of the coast, the ravines and the wild beaches.
As soon as the anchor is dropped, a small and unusual flotilla "sets sail" from the catamaran to sail in close contact with the sea, caressed by the wind and the whisper of the paddles on the water.
Even if you have no experience, with the help of our ISA (International Surfing Association) Federal Instructor you will quickly learn to balance on the board, to orient yourself and to love this new way of savoring time, the beauty of nature and the friendship.
On board our Corona Borealis, an elegant and comfortable 14 meter Lagoon 450 catamaran, there is room for 8 people - in 4 large double cabins, each with private bathroom (electric toilet) - and for skipper and hostess, accommodated in two cabins with separate bathrooms, forward.
This catamaran, with its large interiors, the best amenities, complete equipment and the comfort of large outdoor spaces, is the perfect combo for a Sailing+SUP holiday capable of satisfying even the most demanding.
ELBA PROGRAM - one week

Disembarkation: Sunday h. 9 - Marina di Salivoli (Piombino)
Day 1
Check-in and galley
We will meet in the early afternoon in Marina di Salivoli for the first indications regarding excursions, accommodation on the catamaran and to stock up.
Day 2 - 3/5km
Marina di Salivoli - Elba Island (Gulf of Viticcio)
Early morning departure for the Island of Elba, with a crossing of 2 to 4 hours depending on the weather conditions.
We will sail along the splendid north coast with the possibility, right from the start, of using the SUP to explore wonderful beaches, from Ghiaia, to Padulella and, past Capo Bianco, up to Sansone beach. We will stop at anchor in the gulf of Viticcio where we will be able to enjoy the first aperitif on board the catamaran.
In the evening, preparatory meeting on the next day's stage, the first full day at sea on the table. During all the stages we will maintain a calm pace and we will delve into long distance paddling techniques.
Day 3 - 13km
Gulf of Viticcio - Marciana Marina
We will arrive early in the morning in Forno with its enchanting cove. We will sail along the gulfs of Biodola and Procchio. Once past Paolina Island we will head towards our final destination of the day. We will sleep at anchor, after an evening in the town of Marciana Marina.
Day 4 - 15/23km
Marciana Marina - Marina di Campo
After just over an hour of navigation on SUP, we will land in the beautiful Cotoncello inlet to immerse ourselves in the wonder of Capo S. Andrea, with its caves and ravines that can only be reached with a board. Then, along the rocky and wild west coast of the island, we will arrive at the enchanting Chiessi. Continuing, we will pass in front of the Ogliera Rock whose waters hide a famous wreck. From here the catamaran will take us to Marina di Campo, for the night in the harbor, or - if the time and weather permits - to Fetovaia, visiting the beautiful Blue Grotto.
Day 5 - 5/18km
Marina di Campo - Cala dell'Innamorata
Once past Capo di Fonza, we will sail along the two large gulfs of the island: the Gulf of Lacona with its large beach of fine sand and the Golfo Stella. After Capoliveri beach, we will reach the beautiful Cala dell'Innamorata where we will sleep in the harbor.
Alternatively we could do a "semi-off" day, resting on a catamaran or on the beach of Lacona and tackling the Golfo Stella alone on our boards.
Day 6 - 10/15 km
Cala dell'Innamorata - Porto Azzurro
We will coast and linger along the extraordinary coast of the mines, a place out of time. We will land at Le Francesche beach, with its black sand and variegated colored stones. Once past Capo Calamita, we will visit the Cannello beach, in the heart of the Calamita mine and the Vetrangoli beach, surrounded by high walls of reddish rock.
We will then arrive at the beautiful Remaiolo beach where we will also be able to enjoy a tasty lunch on land. We will then continue along the beautiful rocky coast towards Ginepro beach and further towards Porto Azzurro.
Day 7 - 6/10km
Porto Azzurro - Portoferraio
Early in the morning, going north, we will travel along the eastern coast passing from Ortano to the Vigneria mine. By catamaran we will then reach Punta Pero and, with our boards, past Cavo and Frugoso beach, we will round Capo Vita along the wonderful rocky coast up to Sammbroni beach, where the catamaran will pick us up to take us safely to Portoferraio.
Day 8
Portoferraio - Marina di Salivoli
Early in the morning, return to Marina di Salivoli by catamaran.
NOTE
The stages may be subject to change at the discretion of the Skipper and the Sup Instructor.
Each stage will be presented and evaluated together with the participants, based on needs and expectations.
We will always keep a pace that keeps the group compact to arrive together at the destination planned for the day.
