The courses, for young people aged between 11 and 18, take place on sailing boats driven by skippers/instructors and native speakers or certified teachers. Don't worry: no boring lessons, just fun and learning by doing throughout the holiday. Because, as we all know, practice pays off...

Under the careful guidance of the skippers, the youngsters will learn the basics of sailing and, taking it in turns to do the various duties, they will learn that only if everyone works together does the crew become a winning team.

With the help of an English or French tutor, the children will learn their chosen language in a playful and entertaining way. The more shy can even ask for "one to one" moments with the tutor, to have a conversation without the rest of the crew "listening in".

A holiday that promises to enrich their wealth of experience, stimulating character attitudes and creative skills through one of the freshest and most engaging ways of training and team building.

In addition, the flotilla formula, with several boats following the same route together, will allow the youngsters to socialize with the other crews during the stops and shore excursions.

The proposed itineraries are suitable for a one-week sailing cruise and depart from Elba towards Capraia and Cap Corse, or towards Southern Corsica and the Costa Smeralda, winding their way through fascinating bays and wild inlets on the clearest sea in the Tyrrhenian Sea.

BOATS, CRUISES & STAFF:

Sloop between 12 and 14 metres recently built, with 3 or 4 cabins, 1 or 2 bathrooms and equipped with all comforts Navigation is in flotilla. For safety reasons, itineraries are at the discretion of the skippers.

At least one of the boats in the flotilla is equipped with a semi-automatic defibrillator, for timely intervention in case of need. The skippers are experienced and have more than 30 years of sailing experience, as well as BLS and BLS-D first aid certification.

Native language tutors or certified teachers are on board. Teaching takes place through involvement in conversation or practical, useful and fun activities. The use of language handouts and private talks with tutors is provided.

ITINERARIES

Elba and North Corsica: the itinerary winds between the beaches of the Island of Elba, the Island of Capraia and the north of Corsica. Quiet and safe, given the many bays, shores and harbours it offers, it allows, with just a few hours of navigation, to discover places of particular interest, including historical ones, wild landscapes and deserted beaches.

Elba and Southern Corsica: aimed at crews aged between 16 and 18 years old, it touches on the island of Elba and then crosses the northern Tyrrhenian Sea; it allows you to discover the crystal-clear beaches of San Cipriano and Santa Giulia, the Lavezzi and La Maddalena. The cruise ends on the Costa Smeralda at Cannigione or nearby), where disembarkation is on Sunday morning.

Bocche di Bonifacio: the summer cruise to experience one of the most fascinating stretches of sea in the Mediterranean, amid history, legend and unmistakable landscapes. From the Costa Smeralda to the La Maddalena Archipelago, from Lavezzi to Bonifacio, from the south-west Corsican coast to the Capo Testa promontory. An itinerary proposed from 16 to 18 years old and ideal for families and adults.
